NOTE: Part of the document is very hard to read but I think it says "on admission to Tanner ?? St. H. 26.5.97". There was a workhouse close to Kinross st. on Tanner street. Looks as if he was there from 1897 and then moved to Ladywell in 1901.
Charles Poole is shown on electoral register of living at 49 Kinross Street, Bermondsey with his wife Margaret and family between 1895 to 1898. There is no sign of his two brothers, Edward and Clarence. By the time of the 1901 Census Charles was living at 286 Rotherhithe St.
No idea what 28 refers to next to Clarence's name.
Edward was not single but separated from his wife.
